Groundcovers and Vines
Groundcovers and Vines are plants that like to travel. Depending on the variety, they might travel as little as 1' across the ground or more than 50' up the side of a building. (See K-State's Anderson Hall)
Groundcovers are great for filling in areas, covering difficult areas or even minimizing lawn space. Many are dependable plants that require far less maintenance than a traditional lawn. We have groundcovers that will work in just about any area of your landscape no matter how challenging the conditions.
The vines section is dedicated to the vertical growers that are typically seen climbing a trellis, arbor or building. Depending on the variety, make sure you have plenty of room for it to spread out.
Most groundcovers and vines are listed by the size of the container and many come in both #1 (1 gallon) and flats of 36.
